Colors can vary depending on your monitor and brightness level. We do our best to show how the photographs will look in person but please know that they can vary slightly. Depending on the sizing – cropping may slightly vary. Approximate print and frame sizes can be found on our framing guide.
+ What type of printing and paper do you use?
Our partners use Epson Stylus 9800 and 9900 Pro, wide-format printers, for high quality, archival pigment prints. Printed on Moab Lasal Photo Matte 230 Paper, a professional grade of photo paper with a bright white, smooth matte surface. All prints and framing are made here in the USA.
+ Can you provide more information on frame details?
Our frames are provided in partnership from the team at Simply Framed.
- Wooden frame moldings in your choice of White, Black and Natural Wood. Please take a look at the link to see the specifics on each finish!
- UV-shielding plexiglass, which protects against about 89% of UV rays and 92% of light transmission
- Mat sizing vary based on the size of the frame – 1.5" for 11x14 and smaller, 2.5" for 16x20 and 3" for anything over 18x24.

+ How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be shipped. US orders are shipped via standard Fedex Ground and arrive within 3-5 business days. The transit times are all estimates provided by the shipping carriers. We are not responsible for any delays.
+ I saw a photo on your Instagram/website/blog. Can I custom order a print of it?
Possibly! Feel free to e-mail us at email@example.com with the image and size you're interested in to accommodate your request!
+ Do you offer custom sizes for prints and frames?
We are happy to talk about custom sizes, it just depends on the photo you're interested in. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for custom orders. Please contact us for a quote - firstname.lastname@example.org.
+ Do you offer returns
All prints and framing are made to order – we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us immediately if you receive a print that has been damaged in transit, as occasional exceptions can be made on a case by case basis. If your print is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, additional shipping fees will apply. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions you have before placing your order!
+ What if my print is damaged?
Our shipping partners require any damage to be reported within 7 days of receiving the print, please make sure to open your package in a timely manner. Please keep all original packaging and the print as we may require photos or even the original print to process your claim.
